In-Shop Service Rates

In-shop service is $65.00 flat rate and is completed on a “first come first serve” basis. An estimate is provided should replacement parts be needed to complete the repair. Most repairs are completed within 2 to 3 business days.

Laptop repair labor is a flat rate of $75.00 for in shop service on internal hardware components. Onsite laptop service is $80.00 for business, $65.00 for home, $35 trip charge.

Laser printers will be repaired for $80.00 B&W, $125.00 Color, $35 trip charge, plus the cost of parts.

Upon request, we will attempt to complete a repair within 24 hours. If service is completed in 24 hours, an additional $35.00 will be added to the cost of the repair.

We appreciate the fact that many of you want to repair your own PC or Printer. With that in mind, we charge a $35.00 diagnostic fee.

CD ROMS, Burners, DVD, floppy drives purchased from PC Doctor will include installation. If the installation is completed “while you wait” the standard expedite fee will be charged.

We also offer a pick-up and delivery service of $35.00.
