On-Site Service

     On-site service is $65.00 per hour for home, $80.00 per hour for business. If the repair cannot be completed in one hour we offer the following three options.

1) Stay on-site for the amount of time needed to complete the repair

2) Bring the item to be serviced back to the shop to complete the repair. You will be given an estimate of total cost of repair before we leave. Items returned to the shop by PC Doctor Technicians are given priority to insure timeliness of the repair.  Your item will be delivered back to you upon completion of the repair.    

3) Recommend replacing the PC because it is too old to do what you want it to do.
